How it works
  1. Add one or more AVIF files, or drop a whole folder.
  2. Set the quality. 92 keeps fine detail; lower values give smaller files.
  3. Press Convert, then download each file or all of them as one ZIP.

FAQ
Why convert AVIF to JPG?
AVIF is new, and many editors, printers and upload forms still cannot open it. JPG works almost everywhere.
What happens to transparent areas?
JPG cannot store transparency, so transparent areas become white.
Why is the JPG larger than the AVIF?
AVIF compresses very efficiently, so the same picture usually takes more space as JPG.
My browser cannot open an AVIF file. Will this still work?
The tool uses your browser to read the file. Very old browsers cannot, and the file is then listed with an error.
